Mrs SP Nkosi is the founder of Nkosi SP Incorporated Attorneys. She is a Managing Director of the law firm. She is an LLB Graduate and admitted Attorney of the Republic of South Africa. Mrs Nkosi has an extensive experience in the Legal Field. She specialises in Family Law, Divorce and Administration of Estates.

Mrs Nkosi also has an experience in Criminal law, Civil litigation, Contracts, Labour Laws, Debt Collections, Unlawful Arrest and Detentions. Mrs Nkosi has litigation experience in High Courts, Regional Courts and Magistrate Courts. She also has a vast experience in research, legal advice, arguing of cases and drafting of legal documents and opinions.

Mrs Nkosi has also been a Tutor of Criminal Law at the University of South Africa. She has also argued Labour Law cases at CCMA, Bargaining Council and Disciplinary Tribunals.
